WHO CAN TRAIN?
We welcome people of all backgrounds who are 18+ No previous experience required.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
FIRST CLASS – free, then £10 per session for the next two classes.
Following that payment is by Standing Order of £40 per month.
Covers attendance for all classes with Robert Poyton.
Also includes membership (discount on workshops, downloads, etc)
WHAT IS THE TRAINING LIKE?
Systema training is quite different from standard martial arts. There are no uniforms, bowing, terminology or grades. Everyone trains together, working at their own level. Classes are built around the individual and are challenging but supportive.
Training includes core exercises for fitness, health and flexibility, breathing exercises, partner work to develop skills and attributes and testing drills for self defence work.
